What Jason provides for partnering:

• Unlimited phone conversations with Jason (about specific deals that you are working on)
• Jason will walk you through what to say on the phone
• Jason will help you analyze the properties so that you will know what to offer
• Jason will attend appointments to view properties and help you write an offer
• Jason will help you facilitate getting the property sold when an offer is accepted
• This program is designed as "on the job training" course that ends when you have deposited a check into your bank account.

What you provide for partnering:

• $4,995 up front, non-refundable fee
• Your work/advertising locating leads
• All capital required for the deal (normally this is $10)
• 50% of the profits to Jason Dillard at the end of the successful deal

Jason reserves the right to extinguish a partnering agreement at any time without refund. At the end of each successful transaction, you can continue partnering with Jason or choose to venture on your own.
